Tennessee

After near unanimous support in the Tennessee State Senate and House, Governor Bredesen signed the Competitive Cable and Video Services Act into law on May 15.

With competition in sight, we can now look forward to better cable rates, better service, and innovative technology from new providers who will be rushing to invest in the state and serve consumers.

THANK YOU to the approximately 72,000 Tennessee consumers who stood with TV4US in support of cable competition.  You demanded choice in video service and your elected officials listened.

TV4US applauds the Tennessee Legislature and Governor Bredesen for putting an end to cable's long-held monopoly and bringing greater choice, better prices and better service to Tennessee consumers.

Please continue to check back with TV4US often to keep up-to-date on important issues that affect consumers like you!  Thank you.
